Advanced hybrid vehicle training system based on the FORD C-Max. This fully operational hybrid system, featuring a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) version, is designed for learning and analyzing various car systems work processes, perform various measurements of system parameters, conduct fault simulations and diagnose issues.

  • Fault Code Simulations: Allows simulation of faults in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Control Module (HVAC), and Secondary On-Board Diagnostic Module C (SOBDMC).
  • Wi-Fi Controlled Fault Simulation: Enables remote fault simulations using a computer, tablet, or smartphone, enhancing teaching flexibility.
  • Safety Features: Equipped with the Protective Tools Set EHVS01 for comprehensive user protection during training sessions.

  • AHPLIN-BR-BOX – Built-in measuring box with open contacts and wiring diagram for the braking system
  • AHPLIN-AC-BOX – Built-in measuring box with open contacts and wiring diagram for the climate control system
  • AHPLIN-SRS-BOX – Built-in measuring box with open contacts and wiring diagram for the SRS airbag system
  • AHPLIN-HB-BOX – Built-in measuring box with open contacts and wiring diagram for the hybrid system (excluding high-voltage side)
  • AHPLIN-HV-BOX – Built in measuring box with open contacts and wiring diagram for Hybrid system (high voltage side)(not included in default).
