Prius GEN2 2004 to 2009 New Aftermarket Hybrid Battery Modules Set

This is a complete set of new modules (cells) and all the necessary components to fit these new modules to your existing Prius 2 battery housing,

Note to fit these modules is classed as live working and is extremely dangerous if the proper care is not taking, this is why we can only sell these kits to a person that has the adequate high voltage training and the proper PPE equipment or if you bring us the car or the battery we can fit them for you

• Comes with 3 years or 100000km warranty (whichever comes first)
• This is a new aftermarket set of NiMH battery modules and comes with new buzz bars, nuts and sensing cable
• Surcharge/Core Charge: A refundable surcharge of €250 will be charged until we receive your old modules back,
  When we receive the old modules we will refund the surcharge deposit back to you, its the customer responsibility to get the old modules back to Ryan’s Automotive
• Cores must be returned within 15 days of purchase
• For private customers or workshops that don’t have the necessary high voltage training or equipment we can also fit this unit at our workshop at a extra cost of €250 + vat, or put you in touch with workshops in different areas of Ireland to fit it for you
  (This is for fitting the new modules into your battery housing when the battery is removed from the car)
• If you would also like us to remove and refit the battery to the car then this will cost €200 + vat extra
  or again we can put you in touch with workshops in different areas of Ireland to fit it for you

Notes:

• These can only be fitted as a full set,
• Many times with the Prius 2 the battery control module (BMS) fails and this can give similar symptoms and or faults as faulty battery modules/cells, so fitting these new modules wont fix your problem and you may need a replacement battery control module only and or a control module and these battery modules/cells
• If you wish us to fit the modules/cells to your car/battery the wait time can be from 2 to 3 weeks    
• Note this unit cannot be shipped with a courier and will have to be collected at our premises
