FixQuick is the ultra-fast leak stopper designed to permanently repair leaks up to 1 mm in diameter on flat, curved, vertical, horizontal and upside-down surfaces of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including those of motor vehicles. Ideal for urgent repairs or as an alternative to welding in places where welding isn’t possible, FixQuick was designed for quick and easy application in three simple steps: liquid + powder + liquid. Applied to the flaw, FixQuick forms a stable crystal that resists chemical and mechanical stress, withstanding pressures of up to 50 bar and temperatures of up to 250°C . Its special fluorescent formulation allows you to easily check, using a UV lamp, the status of the repair performed and to identify any previous repairs. Also ideal for repairing leaks from cooling system radiators.

Method of use

1. Thoroughly clean the area to be repaired using sandpaper. Dry and remove any residue that could affect the effectiveness of FixQuick.
2. Apply the STEP 1 liquid product to the area around the leak and on the leak itself, without applying pressure.
3. Apply STEP 2 powder to the same surface just treated, creating a thin layer.
4. Reapply STEP 1 liquid product to even out the repair.
5. Wait 20 seconds for 20 bar pressure and 20 minutes for 50 bar pressure.
