This lead is needed if you want to connect to older Fiat and Alfa vehicles that have a 3 pin diagnostic connector as there is no power or ground in the 3 pin socket on the vehicle. Use with this 3 pin lead Click here to see 3 pin connection
This lead can also be used if there is no power in the diagnostic socket so with this lead you can power the diagnostic tool from the battery
