Using these with the proper resistance allows for testing the SRS system after a crash, making sure the system is fine BEFORE changing costly components.
Changing the ECU without testing the system implies a risk of locking the ECU.
in case of SRS/Airbag dash light, it enables to diagnose a faulty airbag. Simply plug the sticks in place of the airbag and check if the light switches off.
Most competition kits only have 1 resistance of 2.5ohms. This kit has 4 plugs with multiple interchangeable resistors to always simulate the airbags/pretensioners with the proper resistance.
