MM03 mini, common rail injector driver

When used with an injector test hand pump and an aspirator,

it is able to verify the functionality of the common rail injectors both coil and piezo electric type.

Excites the following brands of injectors:

• Bosch coil type
• Bosch piezo type
• Denso coil type
• Denso piezo type
• Delphi coil type
• Delphi piezo type
• Siemens/VDO/Coniential piezo type

Allows you to do the following tests on the bench:

• Electrical operation
• Opening pressure
• Spray pattern
• Integrity of the injectors—leakage test

Allows you to do the following tests on the vehicle:

• Electrical operation (by listening for ticking sound)
• Integrity of the injectors—leakage test (will need to have a long flexible high pressure pipe to preform this)
