The BHsens HUF UVS02HD-Hybrid is a programmable universal Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensor designed specifically for commercial vehicles, including trucks, trailers and buses.

Hybrid solution:
The innovative universal sensor UVS02HD-Hybrid from BHsens can be fitted using either a valve or a textile strap. In combination with a high coverage for various trucks and trailers, the UVS02HD-Hybrid is the most flexible solution on the market that meets all OE requirements. Because of the update capability, new vehicle coverage can also be programmed onto the sensor in the future.

The UVS02HD-Hybrid operates at 433 MHz and features a flexible hybrid mounting concept, allowing it to be installed either using a suitable TPMS valve or with the dedicated HDB02 textile mounting straps for applications where the sensor is mounted inside the wheel.

The sensor is designed for the independent aftermarket and requires programming with a compatible TPMS diagnostic tool before installation. It provides broad commercial-vehicle coverage while maintaining OE-quality standards from BHsens.

Programming & Installation:
The UVS02HD-Hybrid is a universal sensor and must be configured/programmed using a compatible TPMS diagnostic tool before use. For strap-mounted applications, BH SENS offers wheel-specific HDB02 straps for 17.5″, 19.5″, 22.5″ and 24.5″ wheels.

There are some different scenarios and details we may need to pre program the sensor for you

1. If you have the old OE sensor give us the sensor ID which is stamped on the old sensor and we will program this ID code into the new sensor and then when you fit the new sensor its ready to go, no need to code in with your diagnostic tool
2. If the old sensor is missing or you cannot see the sensor ID stamped on it then you may be able to view the sensor ID that is stored in the TPMS ECU with your diagnostic tool, so tell us this code and we will program this ID code into the new sensor and then when you fit the new sensor its ready to go, no need to code in with your diagnostic tool
3. If the old sensor is missing and you cant view the sensor ID with your diagnostic tool then we have to program the new sensor with a random ID and we will tell you the ID code that we have programed the sensor with and then depending on the type of vehicle you may have to input this new ID code into the TPMS ECU with your diagnostic tool
