The KLEAN 4000 equipment allows the cleaning of the intake manifold, injection system, and particulate filter for diesel and petrol engines. These treatments are carried out without removing parts from the vehicle, saving time and labour. The KLEAN 4000 can also perform particulate filter diagnostics by measuring the DPF back pressure with its sensor

Features:

• KLEAN 4000 cleans the intake manifold and injection system of diesel and gasoline engines, as well as hybrids. Diesel particulate filter cleaning and diagnosis can be performed on FAP, DPF, and even GPF or OPF (the particulate filter of gasoline engines).
• KLEAN 4000 guides the operator through each cleaning phase, indicating the operations to be performed and the conditions to be respected. Even in the hands of an inexperienced user, it is very simple and intuitive, guaranteeing the treatment results.
• Portable. The KLEAN 4000 is easily transportable thanks to its wheels. The adapters and pressure sensor are stored inside the compartment on the back of the device, which can also be used to transport products or tools needed during cleaning.
• 12 Vdc power supply. The equipment is powered directly from the vehicle battery, making it possible to use it outside the workshop.
• Adapters included. The adapters needed to perform maintenance on many types of vehicles are already included in the equipment.
• Clear and bright 7″ TFT display. KLEAN 4000 features a colour display that is easily readable in direct sunlight but also in the dark thanks to the powerful backlight and excellent resolution.
• Treats Dirty Intake Manifolds, Clogged Injectors, Clogged DPF’S (note cannot clean severely clogged intake manifolds)
• Pressure Test. Connecting the external sensor (GEA 16013) allows you to measure the pressure ( in mbar ) on the particulate filter even when the diagnostic tool is unable to read the value; it expresses it in volts or another unit of measurement. The measurement is taken from the tube leading to the differential pressure sensor. This function allows you to verify the correct functioning of the vehicle’s differential pressure sensor.
• Diesel Particulate Filter Clogged? The treatment with GEATEK products allows cleaning of the DPF without removing it from the vehicle, offering your customers a legal and cost-effective solution!
• The integrated safety system alerts the operator when the cleaning fluid is running low to prevent the fuel system from running dry.
• Emptying the tank . At the end of each cleaning, KLEAN 4000 reminds the operator to empty the tank and equipment pipes to avoid product contamination.
