The KX1000 is the equipment used to diagnose and clean the DPF. The treatment is performed quickly and without the need to remove the filter. It’s simple and safe for auto repair professionals and their teams. The device features a display that guides the operator step by step through the DPF diagnosis and cleaning procedure.

The KX1000 boasts some technical features that make it the perfect tool for diagnosing and cleaning the particulate filter without having to disassemble it.
(in many cases the DPF can be cleaned on the vehicle with this machine but if the DPF has to much ASH in it or is damaged in other ways it will have to be replaced)

• Pressure Test. Connecting the external sensor (GEA 16013) allows you to measure the pressure ( in mbar ) on the particulate filter even when the diagnostic tool is unable to read the value or it expresses it in volts or another unit of measurement. The measurement is taken from the tube leading to the differential pressure sensor. This function allows you to verify the correct functioning of the vehicle’s differential pressure sensor.
• Filter Check. Using the external sensor, the KX1000 displays the particulate filter clogging status in mbar.
• It pulses/injectets the cleaning fuilds in a controlled manner while the engine is running to perform the most efficent cleaning
• The operator is guided step by step through the cleaning and rinsing sequence.
• Thanks to the level sensor and the software functions, it is possible to maintain control of the treatment at all times, guaranteeing maximum safety for all car repairers.
• At the end of the process, the treatment will end automatically.
• Portable. The KX1000 is easy to carry thanks to its practical and ergonomic handle. The adapters and pressure sensor are stored inside the front drawer.
• 12 V DC power supply. The equipment is powered directly from the vehicle battery, making it possible to use it outside the workshop.
• Comes with connectors to allow connection at the DPF pressure pipes or the Lambda sensor
